Private Web Site
There were two "private" sites built for CSF-KC. The first one (pictured below) was for the administration team to gather statistics and reports about current scholarship information (note: the image below has been purposefully "smudged" to avoid revealing sensitive information). The second site allowed the administrators at individual schools to log in and view the status of their scholarship students, along with the status of their applications and paperwork. This allowed them to know when payments would be arriving, how much each payment would be, as well as what might be a delay in the payment due to missing paperwork.

In every scenario listed here, publishing the data to the web allowed the staff managing the database to focus on their responsibilities rather than repeatedly having to step back and generate reports for administrators or school officials. This automation made the database administators more prodcutive, as well as giving more power to those in the field allowing them to be more efficient and effective.
