We are very pleased to offer a great mail platform with many available to all of our customers. The information on this page will give you an overview of the features offered in this solution:

Feature Description
Disk Quota Most mailboxes are allocated 25 MB worth of space. Custom allocations can be made for an extra charge. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Protocol Support POP, SMTP, IMAP and WebMail
Webmail We provide a full-featured web-based mail application that you can use to check your email from any web browser, no matter where you are. This tool also has spupport for mobile devices such as mobile phones and PocketPC devices.
Anti-Spam protection Our servers automatically block any mail from senders that appear on the major RBL lists. Messages that are not blocked are "graded" based on their liklihood to be spam. Any message marked with a score of greater than 5 will have "***SPAM***" added to the subject line. This is convienent as it allows you to establish a rule in your mail client to automatically direct all messages with subjects containing this text to a special folder thereby reducing the clutter in your inbox. If you have messages that are marked as spam that shouldn't be (i.e. they are from a newsletter that you have subscribed to) you can add the addresses to your personal address book on the webmail interface and those messages will be automatically "white-listed". Also, any addresses you send to are automatically white-listed.
Anti-Virus Protection Our servers are updated with new virus definitions every night ensuring that we have the best protection available to you. When a message is sent to you that contains a virus, the message is quarantined and cleaned before it ever gets to your inbox. Note: Even though this feature is present, AWS strongly recommends that all of its customers install anti-virus software on their computers and keep their virus definitions up to date.
Individual Themes The webmail interface provides 4 or 5 different "skins" from which you can choose to change the look-and-feel for your usage.
Forwarding If you would prefer to send all of the mail you receive to a different account, you have full control over this functionality directly from your browser. You can configure your email (i.e. tom@argowebservices.com) to forward to another account (i.e. tom@microsoft.com). You also have the choice to simply forward all mail or to also keep a local copy of the mail.
Auto-Responder For those times when you are away, you can configure the auto-responder on your account to automatically reply to messages sent to you with a message letting the sender know that you are away and will reply to email when you return (or whatever you'd like to say). Also, you could create a mailbox called salesinfo (i.e. salesinfo@argowebservices.com) that automatically replies with sales-related information for your company. What's best, is you have full control over this functionality at any time!
Calendar The webmail interface supports a user-based calendar that allows you to schedule meetings and reply to meeting requests sent to you. This calendar has full support for ICS files and is compatible with the calendar in Microsoft Office Outlook and Microsoft Exchange Server. This means that "accepting" a meeting request, even sent by someone outside of your organization will cause that meeting to automatically be added to your calendar.
Address Book Each user has their own personal address book available to them where they can store their personal contacts for ease of sending when using the webmail interface.
Organization-wide Address Book This feature is particurlarly useful for those customers that have a large number of email accounts. What this means, is that all of the users in your organization are automatically added to a "public" address list that is available to all users within your organization. As an admin, you have the option of selectively hiding certain addresses from this list if you like.
Administration Panel Every user has access to our web-based control panel allowing them to change certain features of their mail account. Additionally, we can establish "admins" for your organization that will have full control over the mailboxes in your domain. This gives you the flexibility to maintain mailboxes, reset passwords, maintain aliases, and much more.
